The world has changed, but what remains certain is our commitment to guest safety and peace-of-mind while travelling. With the help from our Global Health & Safety Team, we’ve established a set of enhanced on-trip protocols and procedures to include safe distances for our guests throughout their trip, the use of masks and hand sanitisers, regular temperature checks and enhanced cleaning. We will continue to review and update initiatives as we make our return to the world, including adhering to – and building upon – the standards set forth by travel and health agencies across the globe.
Immediately after making your reservation, you must complete the Guest Check-In process to register for your trip. Completing the Guest Check-In is required prior to participating in services provided by The Company. If not completed we cannot provide the services and you will be subject to cancellation fees. During Guest Check-In, you will be asked to verify the names on the reservation, provide at least one email address for reservation communications, and acknowledge and accept Terms & Conditions and a Health & Safety waiver for your trip. Guest Check-In will be available for 2021 reservations.
As part of our before travel planning, you will be asked to review and acknowledge our pre-trip health screening, along with the details contained in the H&S Waiver. These are additional assurance measures providing guests with a set of health and safety advice and instructions to ensure all health considerations are taken into account before leaving home.
