Samsung announced a voluntary recall and exchange program on certain Galaxy Note7 smartphones. These phones can overheat and catch fire posing a safety hazard. As the safety of all customers is our top priority, these devices are not allowed on any of our holidays.
Yes. If you have booked a flight or rail packaged holiday with us then arrival and departure transfers are included to/from ship or hotel.
You will be transferred directly to the ship, however you may not get access to your stateroom at the same time. Please note that for any early arrivals you will be taken directly to the ship where you will have limited use of the public areas. Alternatively feel free to store your luggage and use the time to explore the area.
Disembarkation will begin after breakfast on your last day, if you have chosen a later flight you will have free time before you transfer later in the day. Please note that you will have access to the lounge area on-board or you may choose to explore the port city.
Our cruise only bookings include accommodation. Wi-Fi on the coach, porterage, meals and excursions are only included where detailed.
